c25k w4/3 take 2
Very hot today - well, hot for here - probably about 80 when we headed out. I do not like running in heat. At all.

week 4/1 take 2 - GARMIN!
Our Garmin 305 came today. I think we're going to fight over it.
It's interesting how week 4 the first time around was exciting because I didn't think i could run for 5 minutes straight and it turned out I could. Now it is annoying because it was harder than I would have liked.
Moral of the story? don't quit for 6 weeks.

week3/3 redux
much better. As long as we keep going I think it won't be too bad to get back up to 5K.

c25k w3/2 second time
Today sucked a little. wheezy, and felt heavy. But we're back on track so that's good.

starting over
after doing better than I thought possible - and completing the whole c25k program Mark and I did the predictable - and let life get in the way.
vacation, allergies, practicing, tour...
and now we're back. I signed us up for a 5k event so now we're obligated. I hope that works. Six and a half weeks away - so I decided to back us up to week 3.
90 seconds was easy. 3 minutes was harder. We tried to push the pace - I have no idea if we did. And now I feel dumb for having let so much time go by. It really isn't that hard, and it really does feel like it was worth it.
