c25k w5/3 take 2

back to 20 minutes.

It's amazing how different it feels to think - oh wow, I can't believe I can do this vs. shit this is really hard, I should be doing better.

that plus it is hot today and I'm dehydrated and I had a cramp in my shoulder made today an unpleasant run. But we did it.
