OHR w3/2

Treadmill run in SLC. Sucked. I couldn't get my heart rate under control - was up around 180 for most of the time. I was determined to get 30 minutes of running in though. Must have been the altitude that got to me. I also suspect that the treadmill was going faster than it said.

5 minutes - walk - easy
8 minutes - run - 5mph - HARD
2 minutes - walk
8 minutes - run - 5mph - HARD
2 minutes - walk
5 minutes - 4un - 4.5mph - hard to go that slow but better for lungs
5 minutes - walk
1.5 minutes - run - 4.8 mph
3.5 minutes - walk
1.5 minutes - 4un - 4.8 mph
3.5 minutes - walk
3 minutes - run - 4.8 mph
2 minutes - walk
3 minutes - run 4.8 mph
5 minutes - walk
